1. Services Provided

We provide business formation assistance including: UK Limited Company (LTD) registration with Companies House, US Limited Liability Company (LLC) registration with state authorities, Employer Identification Number (EIN) applications, business bank account setup assistance, and payment gateway integration setup for Stripe, PayPal, and other processors.

2. Not Legal Advice

Cosmic Trading is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our formation services are administrative in nature. We assist with paperwork preparation and filing on your behalf. You are responsible for understanding the legal and tax obligations of operating a business in the relevant jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified legal or tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Service Packages

UK LTD Packages: Range from $250 to $400, include company registration, registered office address, digital documents, and varies by package (7-16 business days processing).

US LLC Packages: Range from $149.99 to $1,499.99 plus state filing fees. Include state registration, registered agent (1st year), operating agreement, and varies by tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, Amazon Plus, Shopify Plus, Walmart Plus). Processing: 7-20 business days.

Prices and package contents are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase applies to your order.

4. Government & State Fees

Government/state filing fees are separate from our service fees and are set by the relevant authority. These fees are non-refundable once submitted to the government. We will clearly display government fees before you complete your purchase.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and truthful information for company registration
• Responding promptly to our requests for additional information or documentation
• Understanding and complying with all legal obligations of the registered entity
• Maintaining annual filings, tax returns, and registered agent service after the first year
• Not using the formed entity for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

We are not liable for registration rejections, delays, or penalties caused by inaccurate information you provide.

6. Processing Times

Stated processing times are estimates based on normal government processing periods. Actual times may vary due to government backlog, additional review requirements, holidays, or information corrections. We are not responsible for delays by government authorities.

7. Payment

Payment is required in full before we begin processing your formation. We accept bKash, Nagad (via EPS gateway), bank transfer, and platform wallet. All payments are processed in BDT. The EPS gateway processing fee is borne by the customer.

8. Full Company Policies
